there is still bed bug in the apt, and there should be a second extermination. The "so call" exterminator, an spanish guy which hired by the owner said the carpet should be remove, the whole building are infested, these bug live under the carpet and lived in side the wall. The second extermination should be done in two week after which is APIRL 24, but there are no info from the owner what so ever, and it has already been two week, and we still getting bit at night.

As of April 5th, 2010 this building is still infested. I came across this site reporting the unit I moved into had been infested. When I mentioned this to the landlords, they INSISTED it had been properly exterminated and allowed me to move into an infested building. I am now stuck dealing with this. Three of the 6 units in the building are confirmed badly infested. We've had meeting and numerous phone calls with the landlord and so far we have only been placated verbally but no action has been

Bedbugs became an issue in the building in September 2009. Started in one apartment and spread throughout the building. Landlord initially refused to treat and insisted that tenants remedy the problem. He eventually agreed to send an exterminator. Exterminator did not have experience with bedbugs and was using store-bought, not professional, insecticide and the problem did not improve. Landlord sent a different exterminator who appeared to be more qualified, but would report that he had treated
