I lived there a year and a half ago and my apartment was infested. They treated it but just my apartment, not the whole building. I'd never move back.

I am living at 126 Graham Ave since September of 2009 and had no problem with bed bugs, neither did I here any mention of my neighbors of any bedbug infestation. The landlord has a very good maintenance program in check.

i have heard the same and am also moving out. the landlord refuses to treat this building or alert other residents. I spoke with someone who admitted to having them a year ago! Everyone should be notified when there is an infestation in the building and every apartment must be treated.

In the past two weeks I\'ve heard of 1/3 the units in this apt building getting bedbugs. The landlord refuses to treat the whole building and as such people are moving out - incl me. Avoid for now!
