Yes there were bedbugs here on the third floor when I moved in. The landlord claimed that we brought them in (which we didn't), but he also finally brought in an exterminator. The exterminator came in three times while were were there, and supposedly was taking care of the problem, but I don't know if they're really gone. We moved out in May 2009. They had been there since November 2008.

This entire building has been infested but it\'s worst on the third floor. I lived here for two years and we could not get rid of them because the landlord refused to exterminate the entire building. We had to get rid of all of our furniture, including a leather couch. Proceed with caution!
