Bedbug hater on 09/30/2010

We found bedbugs after a series of bites that I thought were provoked by some allergies. My first solution was to take Benadryl which cause me to fall asleep for hours in the bed. It was a disaster. I got many bites. After a huge inspection on the bed we found a nest of bedbugs. After that we slept in a tent for weeks until we thought we got rid of them. The landlord was very helpful with the cost, but I know that more apt in the building have it.

My boyfriend and I had to go through this horror in June of 2009 at an apt in this building. Since then we know of at least 3 other apts in the building that got them and we heard from reliable sources (that have been in the neighborhood for many many years) that the bed bug history goes way back....at least a decade if not 2. This is not including all the apts within the building that have not reported the problem.
