I live in an old four story multiple dwelling building in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. This is the third time bed bugs infestations have been discovered in this building in the two years I have been here. While I understand that bed bugs can be discovered almost everywhere in New York, this is the most I have encountered in any one location.
