There have never been any bedbugs at 37 Grand Ave. A creepy guy who we kicked out bc he was threatening/heavily flirting with two of the women who lived here decided that the best way he could take revenge was to submit a report with the bedbug registry. There have never, I repeat, NEVER been any bedbugs here. We don't allow any furniture or other objects to come in here without a thorough inspection and we have never had any problems. 3rd floor loft of this building is absolutely crawling with bedbugs. I lived there from 2006-2007 and this place is absolutely nasty. The downstairs part of this house where the washer/dryer is the worst.
