Apt 4D and 3C have both reported bed bugs to 311 in 2009. The landlord comes in and sprays (himself) but refuses to hire an exterminator or properly spray all adjacent apartments or set up a schedule of extermination. I have to call him each time I need him to come spray and he will only come on Saturdays.

Bedbugs have been reported throughout the building by several tenants. The problem has not been fully resolved as of yet. I hope the new owners of the building are more responsive in eliminating the bugs.
