2 Gold Street sent exterminator twice, and we called again and they said that there were no bed bugs. Then i looked under bed and found bugs finally! this is redic.

Live on the 19th floor. My roommate has been getting bitten in his sleep, but I thankfully have not. The building sent someone to check out our apt and they confirmed that we have them.

We both had out of town guests and the building told us that they would not put them up for the weekend to avoid having them catch bed bugs.

They are paying for an exterminator, but said they would not pay for dry cleaning and laundry to have our clothes and linens cleaned.

I believe that the two reports above refer to the Manhattan 2 Gold address, not the Brooklyn one. You may want to copy your reports over to the correct address, where I posted mine (bed bugs in the OLDER 2 Gold building).

My roomate and I also have been bitten by bedbugs in another apartment in the new tower at 2 Gold St. It is disgusting and they required us to capture the bugs in order for them to send the exterminator, which took us a long time to do. They came, we followed the entire procedure, bought a new mattress and before this saw many doctors - but today we still have bedbugs. This is disgusting and we are extremely frustrated. My roommate and I suspected bed bugs because we were both being bit during the night. We told the building who called an exterminator who came in with a dog to sniff out and confirm the bugs.
Management is acting very lax about this whole situation. They are paying for the exterminator but not the other things that go with it (dry cleaning, stuff we have to throw out, etc.).
We thought it was just our apartment, but one of the building workers let it slip that there's a legit problem in the
