Complained to landlord about bed bugs. He called exterminator and treated the apartment. The super also came in and caulked the floors all aroud the apartment also around the radiator pipes. The exterminator came back for a follow up treatment. No bed bugs since. Fingers crossed.

I recently moved into an apartment at 34-20 30th Street and learned that the tenant before me moved out due to bed bug infestation. NYC law mandates that building owners and managers disclose a bed bug history when renting any unit. We did not receive this disclosure prior to renting, despite multiple requests for this information.
