We just received a notice from a neighbor living in apartment 3E. They have a case of bedbug infestation. They were getting bit and had the bedbug sniffing dog discover the problem. This is the second time I am aware of this building having a bedbug problem. The last time was the summer of 05 when the most of the building was exterminated (although I question the effectiveness of the treatment).
