Bedbugs were first encountered at this location in October 2010, on the second floor. They were treated immediately, but returned in January 2011. Landlord has been informed and has done nothing. I don't know how many units are affected. They appeared to only inhabit furniture, not the walls/building itself, but when the landlord was informed, his response was "I have a spray you can use," leading me to believe he'd seen them in his apartment too (ground floor).
