We moved in in August '08, unaware that the building already had a bedbug problem. Starting in May, I noticed my feet getting itchier and itchier when finally, at the end of May, we checked our beds and discovered hundreds of them. We thought our apartment was the only one, but in talking to our neighbors, it seems that most, if not all, other tenants have them, too. We've had four exterminations and they are all for naught because the landlord hasn't exterminated the whole building, and does
