When we moved in on May 1, 2007, we encountered someone who was moving out in the adjacent building, which was also managed by the same company -- Dermot. He complained that the superintendent didn't do enough to get rid of the bed bugs. At the time, we didn't take him seriously. Though our problem started within the first week... after I saw clusters of bite marks on my leg. The super called the exterminator. But, later on, I realized the exterminator knew nothing about getting rid of bed bugs.
