apt 11h has bed bugs and the female residing there insist she has it under control. she refuse to call management. when i call management they told me it was out of there hands. the apt above her is also now contaminated. management insist that bed bugs do not move from apt to apt in a concrete building. i just learn today that a least one in every floor has bed bugs. a anoynoms employer told me who works in upper management.
