Resident with bed bugs on 10/11/2010

Okay we moved to this apartment about 2 years ago and seven months after we moved i spotted a bedbug. I knew it was a bed bug because i saw a documentary about them on animal planet. Then about a week later the super tells us that the building is covered with bed bugs and to seal the walls to stop them from coming. We have exterminated 5 times and is still here. I still live in the apartment because money doesn't grow on tress so we can't move. Every time i see one i get pissed off. This buildin
