One occurance of bites, to neck & upper-inside of arm. Was told the bldg had been infested w/bed bugs before. Was told that the infested mattresses were placed outside of the bldg to be thrown out. The mattresses were placed directly under my window, but 5 flights underneath. I was the 1st person to open the window in a long time. Did the bed bugs crawl up the outside of the bldg??
