AND IF YOU ARE 1 WEEK LATE WITH YOUR RENT HE WILL MAKE YOU BRING TO HIS OFFICE ALL THE WAY OUT IN PARSON'S BLVD QUEENS. HE GOT A FINE FROM THE FIRE DEPT YESTERDAY AND THAT MADE ME HAPPY. WEIRD EVERY FLOOR HAS TO EITHER HAVE A MAT OR NOT OUTSIDE THEIR DOOR. HE IS CHANGING THE LOCK TO THE FRONT DOOR SO THAT THE INSPECTORS CAN'T GET IN AND THE COST IS $35.00 DOLLARS, HE'S PAYS SOMEONE IS THIS BUILDING WHO WORKS FOR THE CITY TO TELL HIM WHEN THE INSPECTORS ARE COMING. THE SUPER DOESN'T LIVE HERE BECAUSE HE (Mike Kogan) WANTED TO CHARGE HIM RENT. MOST EVERY TENANT TRIES TO AVOID HIM AND STAY AWAY FROM HIM AS MUSH AS POSSIBLE. I WISH HIM EVIL AND I HOPE SOMETHING VERY BAD HAPPENS TO HIM. SO IF I HAVE HELPED 1 PERSON STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEIRD SLUMLORD!

father about the marks and asked to take a look at them him working for the american red cross his concern was obvious he immediately asked me to leave his house and step into an office next door where he requested i strip down to nothing he inspected all my clothes and checked the marks and he said I have been bitten by a tremendous amount of bedbugs cause i had bites all over my back legas and shoulders.
I promptly brought it to the Owner/Super Mike Kogan owner of 1692 Grand Concourse and he told me the prove to him I had bed bugs so at the point I got very upset went back to my apartment
and searched and sure enough I found the Infestation inside of all my sofas I took pictures and contained 10 samples of the bugs in a container and I emailed him the pictures.
Mike came the next day to inspect and also came with an exterminator he told me the apartment below me was infested and probly came up via the walls.
It was a horrible experience for me and I have been having problems ever since Mike refuses to send a proper licensed exterminator and has failed in my opinion to properly maintain 1692 Grandconcourse and its surrounding property.
At the moment I can not afford to leave and rent another apartment due to personal reasons but I hate to live in this building.

ng and preparing to move into the apartment I had collected several of the bugs in a tissue which the super/landlord Mike, Company A Secure, LLC. advised me not to keep to show the exterminator, PROBABLY because he never intended to call a professional exterminator.

The bugs were in many sizes from large and fully red to super tiny and clear. They were running to hid in the wooden shelves of the closets, in the light switches and outlets!!! There were also an assortment of dead bugs in the light fixtures. And this was supposed to be the newly renovated apartment. One bug landed on my sisters eyelid and infected her eye, which still has a dark mark and a large knot on the lid. HUH, WATCH Out PEOPLE.

Many tenants moved in and out of the building during my 1 year tenency, after which I moved out also. There was even another family that attempted to move into the new 5th floor apt, I saw them speaking to Mike the super/landlord in the building lobby a days after they moved in the building, subsquently they had left the building less than 30 days later!!!

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING - IT IS INFESTED!!!!

AND HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH and to your FAMILIES HEALTH.
