bedbugs have been detected in 3 apartment units in the last few months (since July 2009) however, after raising the issue, there have been other apartments dealing with it for far longer without telling anyone in the building. the landlord is paying to have the apartments sprayed that are contacting him, but has made no effort to reach out and notify the building of the problem
