We had bed bugs in the fall of 2009. It took 3 treatments, but we finally beat them, and haven't had any problems since. They ended up sealing the gap between the floor and the wall throughout the whole apartment, and that seemed to do the trick. Our super was adamant about the fact that we were the only ones in the building who had them, as if that makes it better. This is just a warning - I would want to know if I was moving in here, but I really don't think it's a problem anymore.
