Around June 2010 someone in this high story building had bed bugs and disposed of furniture, clothing, etc. in adition to exterminating. Items were wraped in plastic so no one would take them. However, people were seen taking these items from the curbside. Perhaps, labeling or cutting/destroying items is necessary so people do not attempt to take items for their own use or resale.
