mt sinai hospital runs a psychiatric out patient clinic on the first floor of this apartment house (apts 1a, 1b and 1c).

Tenants were officially notified on August 12 of "evidence of bed bugs on the first floor" via a note under the door..

They "treated" the premises on August 15 and are due to reopen the clinic next week.

This clinic treats up to 50 patients a day and they are often in group therapy, sitting very close to each other because the rooms are extremely small.
