245 East 63rd Street has a consistent bed bug issue. we have lived through 3 infestations in our apartment and management does little to nothing to help. we have heard from other tenants there are bed bugs in their apartments as well.
we have had to pay thousands for out of pocket expenses to treat our apartment, throw out of belongings and pay to have additional extermination services.
