We thoroughly investigate any claim of bedbugs and have never had a confirmed case. In addition, we conduct weekly inspections of our guestrooms and public spaces, with a licensed pest control service, and have found no evidence of bedbugs throughout our property.

Stayed two nights at the Bentley Hotel and the first night I woke up with tiny bites in different parts of my body but in each section there was about three or four in a road. On the second day after my room was supposedly clean I was inspecting the bed which its pretty easy to see any dirt on the white sheets and BAM! right on the side of the bed on the sheets I saw one. I grabbed a piece of tape and saved it to saw the front desk when I go complain or better yet make them aware of the situatio
