Resident in apt 1314 reported having bedbugs to neighbors but not to management

apt.#1608 discarded a mattress full of bedbugs in hall with carpet. this was confirmed by several maintenance workers along with the fact that bedbugs were seen crawling from mattress onto rug Asked management to spray hall and was told that the exterminator would have to come to inspect the hall the following week, he was a no show. apt was sprayed three times but this apt still has bedbugs according to maintenance workers.
