Two problems have been reported and disclosed on the 4th floor of the building in 2011. The management company is proactive about exterminating if you provide proof of a problem (bites, sighting), so please report a problem ASAP if you have one. They will send an exterminator to investigate a problem, and if bed bugs are found, they will cover the cost to exterminate them. If no problem is found, the tenant must cover the cost (approx. $200).
