Our exterminator informed us that our apartment had bedbugs only after we insisted on several occasions that we thought this was the case. We had the exterminators inspect several times, submitted dead samples of the pests and finally requested that they inspect all bedding more thoroughly. Once we were finally told we had a case, we immediately informed our landlord and requested that he take action. He has taken NO ACTION for the past 12 days and will not return numerous phone calls and e-m
