this apartment has bug and rodent issues that man cannot solve, but besides the cockroaches that live quite comfortably in the second floor apartments and like to dine out in the other three floors, bedbugs are a major problem here. One can wake up with up to twenty red itchy bites, unless you want to sleep in sweats and a hoodie and gloves every night, i'd avoid this slum.
