I have had bed bugs twice in this location, also on the fifth floor, right side. I have used the landlord's exterminator. Each of the three treatments the exterminator (always a different guy) gave me completely different advice re: how to treat my pets, clothes, bed, and what to do to prevent them. Those guys are clueless. The second bedbug infestation was fall 2010. I suspect they are back.

March 2009, an apt on the 5th floor has them. July we get them on 4. Work with Stern Environmental, at our own expense. They spray twice with cyronite. We move our stuff back in. No problems for months. Around June this year, a woman on three tells me they have them. Their apt has been sprayed and they have not had problems since. August we get them again. The PCO that works with the landlord has sprayed the bedroom once, and we are still getting bitten. Will have to do it all over again, the wh
