30 Seaman apt. building

There is a begbug infestation that is just occurring this month and is getting worse. An xterminator is supposed to be coming in this week, but they have yet to come since this problem has occurred. 1 apartment was infested and a couple of weeks went by without extermination so it spread to the three different apts and two other apts on the 1st floor found a bedbug crawling in the middle of the night straight into his apt!
