We were told to remove all content from the bedroom furnishing, all clothing had to treated (washed in hot water and/or drier at high temperature, we also steam cleaned and used the dry cleaners), all content had to be stored in large zip-top or trash bags. We personally took steps to prevent future visits - mattress and pillow encasements, caulking along baseboards throughout the apartment and sealing of holes in the bathroom. The professional company that was used was Dial-a-Bug. We were pleased with their service. The entire process took about a month. We are still a little uneasy about how successful the treatments were and hope to know within the next month or so.

We are concerned that the bugs are moving from one unit to another. Besides the bugs, we found no other "evidence" of bedbugs.
