I am the reporter of the first incident. I am male, have no grudge with the landlords, and am just registering known cases of bedbugs. And according to tenants in the building, yes, exterminators were begrudgingly sent.

This person has a personal grudge with her landlord. I have lived here for over thirty-five years and the current maintenance and management team are responsive and courteous toward all tenants. We have the best group of residents in the area. The bugs which was brought into the building by a careless resident have been eradicated by Abalon Exterminating Service

Confirmed bedbugs on the 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th Floor. Landlords are aware of the situation, and have begrudgingly sent exterminators. The problem is ongoing, however.
