Happened the first year I was there. In middle of September due to the 60 people who moved out from the apartment next to mine on the 2nd floor. That 0ne bedroom apt 8+ mattress move out from in it. The bugs crawled in from the window and cracks in the floor.

After that we were bitten continuously. With giant numerous itchy painful welts that are traumatic. Even our 4lb dog was bitten. We sprayed for weeks, making the place uninhabitable from the toxic fumes and chemicals.

That building has few apartments with bed bug problem. Not sure how bad it is now, but when we lived there we experienced this first hand(2008). Took months to get rid of as they seem to be coming from neighbors there. Complete soaking place in high power chemical with residing effect helped, but only after 6 treatments and white powder all over the place (had to keep it there at all times) until we moved.
