We think they're mostly on the first floor. A bed bug was on a piece of our mail that we'd carried into the apartment - a BIG bed bug. And tenants on the first floor said they found one in their apartment. Not sure if the building is just beginning to become infested or if they're just on the first floor but we've invested in ALL the bedding and mattress covers we could buy.
