We have discovered the bed bugs in the, I would say 2nd month we have lived here. The managament refuses to take care of the problem when its New York law to take care of the problem, we have called and called and the refuse to pick up our calls, we are stuck, we don't know what to do. Our last resorts will have to be to take legal action.

Bed bugs, Landlord unresponsive, left to do all the work ourselves. Discovered the bugs with 1 week left on our lease, moving out in 8 days, unable to fully treat the problem because the landlord wanted to charge us an extra month of rent, and the bill for the extermination that we set up ourselves ONLY because he would not return our calls or meet with us for 3 DAYS while we knew we had an infestation. We're seeking legal action.
