Took a sublet in an apartment in the building. Devoured by bed bugs even from the first night. After multiple spray treatments and placing protective covers on the bed didn't help, I moved out after a couple of weeks. As the bites were so severe, had to seek oral and topical medicines from my physician. My advice: Do not rent or sublet there!!!

a tenant on the 5th floor worked at a hostel on the upper westside that was ridden with bed bugs. working the night shift this tenant would bring them home in the morning. there were at least 6 apartments that were infested to our knowledge, who knows how many others were too. part of the problem was the poor upkeep of the building, there were cracks in the walls and floors, holes in the ceilings etc. another issue was the fact that no matter how much spraying was done we were certain that they
were still being brought in by this tenant. we finally just moved out.
I lived there from 2006-2008 in apartment 36 and I had to move. Management was fine with me moving, but they did close to nothing with the extermination. It was half-assed. The people they use do NOT do it properly. I hope you are ok now in apt 36, but my advice is move the hell out of there.
