We had lived in the apartment for approximately 4 months when we found the bed bugs. Management took care of the extermination. Approximately, 5 months later the bed bugs returned.

bed bugs were coming from an apartment that was inhabited by an employ of a mid-town hostel. because of the tenant's mismanagement of his infestation they spread to at least four other apartments in the building. management was responsive with an exterminator but because of the tenant on the 5th floor, several sessions of spraying were needed.
