Many tenants have reported bed bugs throughout the building. Recently a new tenant placed her used mattress in the building's hallway for disposal and other tenants where able to find bed bugs on it. When approached she said she inherited the problem from the previous tenants.

In all at least 5 tenants have reported bed bug infestation in their apartments.
