I am the owner of 412 West 145th Street.
The person reporting bedbugs at this location has the wrong address as the home is under renovation with NO ONE living in it. We have a house sitter - male. He brings his own sleeping bag and sleeps on the 2nd floor. No one lives on the top floor. No one, certainly not a homeless person, sleeps on the top floor. I and my staff are in the property each day - seven days a week.
Who ever runs this site would be wise to contact the owners of the properties

over run with garbage (inside and clutter) woman sleeps on top floor like homeless person on a pile of paper and garbage. many bites covered her body when she stepped out into the sunlight they were horendous.
