Angry Tenant on 12/30/2010

I discovered bedbugs in my apartment (5D) in September 2010. I reported the problem to my landlord who denied the situation and refused to treat. I subsequently filed a complaint with the NYC Housing Authority which resulted in a fine and then moved out. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The landlord is completely unresponsive and blamed me for the infestation despite me showing him the NYC Housing Code which clearly indicated it is his responsibility to remove any and all pests from the building.
