Dont reside in apartment listed, but within the building. The landlord/management don't care about this building. our mailboxes has been out for two (2) months and they just replaced 2/5/2012, but tenants mail has been returned and/or not delivered. They do patch up work for repairs. Elevator closes on you before totally in elevator; so I don't know why City of NY contiues to give us a passing score. The landlord is a cheap ass who hires crappy company that uses nasty smelling spray which does not work. The bed bugs come right back in a couple of weeks. This has been happening for almost three years!
