1st floor, apt. #2; infested. Houses transient street people, drug addicts, etc. Anyone can sleep here. Girl slept one night there and was bitten so badly it looked like the measles! Matresses wrapped in plastic. Apartment is so filthy and full of people and garbage. Actually is fire hazard as well.
