This building had bed bugs when we moved in. We were instructed to caulk all baseboards and any areas where cracks were present, the day we moved in. What a bullshit request to a paying tenant. We did it, and the bugs still appeared. Then the management company hired two drunk and incoherent exterminators. After extermination #2, our unit appears fine. Then we saw our neighbors throwing furniture away...
