Found out I had them again!!! They seem to be in the walls and must have come from the neighboring apartment as everything was bagged up from the summer! Renters Beware!

Discovered I had bed bugs in July. Management company acted pretty fast but i later found out several other apts in the building have had them and they never disclosed this information
