I lived in that apartment building one and a half years ago and the guy below me had bedbugs for over 7 months before they made their way to my apartment. After 3 exterminations the bedbugs were still there and my lease was up so I moved. We found numerous bugs in the apartment. The landlord started ignoring all my phone calls. The building is also infested with roaches and mice.
