In apartment on 3rd floor. Not infested but sighted on the ceiling and walls. Exterminator was called and came a few hours later to get rid of them. They will be coming back to reassess the situation. Looks like it came from the apartment above ours since they were only on the ceiling and walls and nowhere else. If the apartment above us doesn't take care of the bugs, they will only keep creeping over.
