Follow-up to the below:

Landlord was very quick and responsive - we had an exterminator on-site within a few days.

Since then, they have sprayed, and the entire place has been cleaned up, baseboard crevices vacuumed/caulked, all mattresses and pillows sealed up, pesticides along one edge of the affected room.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have done the job quite yet - will call the landlord tomorrow to schedule a follow-up.

Getting my bed off the floor will definitely help my sanity.

Will update here when there's been more action.

Small bedbug infestation found in Apt. #14 - calling the landlord to see about an exterminator tomorrow. Detected very quickly and hopefully containable.
