They've had bedbugs since I lived there in 2007...that's why we moved, OBVIOUSLY they're not seriously trying to take care of it....GROSS!

We got our bed bugs when the upstairs neighbor had hers exterminated. We didn't know about this - we called the management company and they pretended to be shocked. The exterminating company was good, but of course the bugs just got shuffled somewhere else in the building. We saw no signs for 2 months, but then the woman upstairs moved out and now her bugs are hungry I guess. It seems pointless to keep packing and washing for the exterminator, when this removal of bugs from apartment to apartmen
