Roommate moved in beginning of September and complained of bites, she also saw two bed bugs. Exterminator confirmed bed bugs, and the apartment has had one fumigation so far. I see people picking up stuff off the street all the time. Do not take items off the street because you don't know if they came from an apartment with bed bugs!
