I am so angry to hear that the landlord knew of this problem and didn\'t do anything. The apartments above and below mine are now infested, and I feel as though I\'m living in a time bomb.

infestation in two apartments on one floor (i don't know about other floors). in those two apartments, the bugs are all over the walls. after 8 months, now they are in my apartment. problem is spreading fast. landlord clearly needs to deal with the entire building but so far has not. i just moved in, paying really high rent, and because of these two infestations--in rent controlled apts--that were not taken care of, i am now suffering as well.
