Two reported apartments effected in the last 2 years. Both initial exterminators were a sub par exterminator called JB Pest from Staten Island. Both residents then independently hired a superior company called Pest-Away on 72nd Street. The coop has sent the building sponsor (he rents the tow infested apartments) the bill for J & B but not for pest Away. it is pending.
